The 5 metre long awning pictured to the right holds a weight of 32kg at a distance 4 metres from the wall. A cable connects from the wall to the awning 3 metres from the wall.

For this analysis consider the awning as a beam connected to the wall with a bolt (allowing it to rotate relative to the wall)

a)Draw a FBD of the awning
b)Determine the reaction force at the wall and the force applied to the beam by the cable.
